Rannikon avoimet dyynit

Rannikon avoimet_dyynialueet-aineisto on Suomen ympäristökeskuksen eri lähteistä kokoama paikkatietoaineisto Suomen rannikon tunnetuista ja mahdollisista avoimista dyynialueista. Tärkeimpiä aineistolähteitä ovat olleet vuosina 2006–2010 tehdyt tuuli- ja rantakerrostumien maastoinventoinnit (ns. Tuura-inventointi, Mäkinen ym. 2011) sekä Metsähallituksen suojelualueiden kuviotietoaineiston (SAKTI) tiedot. Aineisto korvaa aiemman aineistoversion (31.10.2023).

Aineistoon on suurpiirteisesti rajattu alueet, joiden sisällä mahdollisesti on uuden luonnonsuojelulain (Luonnonsuojelulaki 9/2023) tarkoittamaa tiukasti suojeltua luontotyyppiä rannikon avoimet dyynit.

Open coastal dunes represents areas possibly containing dunes strictly protected by Nature Conservation Act. This SYKE’s dataset can be used according to open data license (CC BY 4.0)
