Pro Quality Data-projektissa mallinnettu päivittäinen a-klorofylli, 2009&2011 / Daily chlorophyll-a modelled in the Pro Quality Data project 2009&2011

[FI] Satelliitti- ja in-situaineistoja yhdistämällä on laskettu päivittäinen a-klorofyllimallinnustulos käyttämällä Ensemble Kalman Smoother-menetelmää. Tässä vedenlaatuparametri on estimoitu myös alueille ja ajanhetkille, joista ei ole saatavilla havaintoja mm. pilvisyyden vuoksi. Lähtöaineistona on käytetty MERIS-intrumentin a-klorofyllitulkintaa, vedenlaadun automaattimittauksia, vesinäytteistä tehtyjä a-klorofyllimäärityksiä sekä läpivirtausmittauksia (vain merialuella). Aineisto on tuotettu Pro Quality Data -projektissa.

Aineiston ajallinen ja alueelinen kattavuus: Säkylän Pyhäjärvi kesäkuu 2009, Helsingin edusta, rannikko kesäkuu 2011.

[EN] Daily chlorophyll-a modeling result has been calculated by combining satellite and in-situ data with Ensemble Kalman Smoother. The water quality parameter has also been estimated for areas and dates for which no observations are available, e.g. due to cloudiness. The chlorophyll-a interpretation from the MERIS instrument, automatic water quality measurements and chlorophyll-a determinations made from water samples have been used as source datasets. Data has been produced in the Pro Quality Data project.
