Piilevätietojärjestelmä - PIIRE

Piilevätietojärjestelmä sisältää pääsääntöisesti ympäristöhallinnon sisävesien seurantojen ja velvoitetarkkailujen määrällisiä pohjan piilevien havaintoaineistoja. Lisäksi mukana on Suomen ympäristökeskuksen tutkimushankkeiden piileväaineistot sekä muiden organisaatioiden tutkimusaineistoja. Vanhimmat seuranta-aineistot ovat 1960-luvulta. Lajitiedot pohjautuvat Suomen lajitietokeskuksen laji.fi tietojärjestelmään. Aineisto on tarkoitettu piileväaineistoja käyttävien viranomaisten, konsulttien ja tutkijoiden käyttöön. Aineisto kuuluu SYKEn avoimiin aineistoihin (CC BY 4.0). Järjestelmään pääsee Hertta ja Avoin tieto -palveluiden kautta. Lisätietoja: Satu Maaria Karjalainen Suomen ympäristökeskus, Luontoratkaisut.

The Diatom information system mainly contains qualitative diatom data from environmental administration's monitoring programs and operational monitoring from inland waters. In addition, it contains data from the research projects of Finnish Environment Institute and other research organizations. The oldest monitoring materials are from the 60s. The species information is based on Finnish Biodiversity Info Facility’s (laji.fi) system. The material is mainly intended for use by environmental management, consults and researchers. The material belongs to Finnish Environment Institute's open materials (CC BY 4.0). The system can be accessed through Hertta and Open information services.
